Institutional reform and privatization
Develop recommendations leading to the implementation of numerous reform programs that improve short- and long-term planning, network design and construction management. These innovative programs ultimately result in the optimization of capital spending by providing greater switching capacity, more transmission facilities, an increase of lines in service and a lower unit cost.

Multi-year USAID-funded technical/consulting services to state utility undergoing restructuring, modernization, expansion, commercialization.
• Installed 600,000 new subscriber lines and 12 exchanges (Cairo/Alexandria/Port Said).
• Engineering, procurement, construction management of outside plant cable networks, including digital switching system and network operations center to provide surveillance and control of telecommunications switching, transmission and distribution.
